Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WhatsApp Digester (the "Service"), provided by Baan Software PTE. LTD.. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service connects your WhatsApp account, reads the groups you select, and sends you one AI-written daily digest in WhatsApp. You control it by replying with commands.

2. Your WhatsApp account and the ban risk

The Service connects your personal WhatsApp account through automation. This may violate WhatsApp’s terms and carries a real risk of temporary or permanent restriction of your number. You accept this risk, you connect your own account voluntarily, and you are responsible for your account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp or Meta.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to include the groups you select, and to have their contents summarized on your behalf.
• You must be of legal age and use the Service lawfully.
• You will not use the Service to harass, surveil, or harm others.

4. AI output

Digests are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them for anything important. You are responsible for verifying anything that matters.

5. Payment

The Service is prepaid, not a subscription. You buy digests in one-time packs via Stripe; there is no recurring charge, no renewal date and nothing to cancel. One digest is consumed per daily summary, and unused digests do not expire. When your balance runs out, delivery stops until you buy more. Unused digests can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email us and we will process it.

6. Termination and deletion

You may stop and delete your account at any time by replying deletemydata and confirming. We may suspend or terminate the Service for misuse or where required.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
